The core 40-hour solar installation training provides trainees with hands-on experience in residential and commercial & industrial solar installation

The STEP-UP train-the-trainer program is designed for CTE teachers and construction trades educators to incorporate solar into their curriculum

Advanced Training
STEP-UP offers advanced training in DIY system design, operations & maintenance, and solar construction management
CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

Hands-on training for commercial flat roof solar installation including racking and mounting, wire management, module installation, and safety

Hands-on experience learning residential solar installation on a mock roof with a focus on racking & mounting, wire management, conduit bending, basic electrical, system components, and safety and PPE

STEP-UP training programs include an overview of solar career pathways across the sector
