Solar Landscape launched the STEP-UP workforce program in 2017 to support local community members in New Jersey with free solar installation training. In 2024, STEP-UP Solar was formed as a standalone nonprofit and Solar Landscape has continued to provide generous support for our programs -enabling us to reach more individuals with training and support to access family sustaining careers in solar energy.
